Here's the two kind of Lire's OTTO

1.)

DASH (--> -->)
JUMP (^)
ATTACK (press "z")

Do this with best timing and simultaneously

2.)

Go to the very end of a above platform's cliff then slight ly press directional key to fall then quickly press "z or attack"
NOTE: you don't need to fall..Just provoke falling to perform the OTTO with highly performance..
